The mandate at CBD Dreams has always been to provide the community with safe, alternative, non-psychoactive pain relief and wellness solutions. That mandate now goes even further as we deliver that pain relief directly to you with our $5 Delivery service. Here is a list of a few frequently asked questions about how it all works.

We only accept CASH on delivery and our drivers do not carry change. They do however accept tips so feel free to show your appreciation.

Q:How long does it take to get a delivery?

​

A: We will try to get you your order within 24 hours. Any orders received by 10:00am will typically be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 10:00am will typically be delivered on the following day.

Q: How do I order? I don't like ordering online.

​

A: We have 3 ordering options for you to choose from

     1 - Order from our online portal (access from our "Products" page)

     2 - Order via email at info@cbddreams.ca

     3 - Order via text at 437 993 0617

*In order to choose option 2 or 3, you must remember to include your full name and you must already be in our system. If you are not, please complete the form on our "Delivery" page and wait for confirmation)

Q: How do I know when my order will arrive?

A: You will receive a call, text or email confirming a one hour time window for your delivery and then another one when the driver is 10 minutes away

Q: Can I get you to deliver to my work?

​

A: We will deliver to you wherever you are comfortable, including your home, work, gym, doctor's office, major intersection or even a Tim Hortons. We are here to serve and get you the products you need. Once we agree on a delivery point, our driver will be there during the stated window.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

​

A: Yes, the minimum order for delivery is $75.00 (including tax and delivery charge), so try to order a few weeks worth to get max value.

Q: We do you only deliver between 10:00am and 2:00pm?

​

A: Service and efficiency. We are servicing the entire GTA so we need things to be as streamlined as possible. so on weekdays, we avoid rush hours and prefer to not deliver at night so everyone feels safe. This delivery time window works very well. Weekends are more flexible. Again, we will deliver anywhere you choose so you don't have to be at a particular address.

Q. Is the delivery charge always just $5.00?

​

A. There is a large portion of the GTA where the delivery fee is only $5.00. The boundaries are the DVP/404 to the West, Major Mackenzie to the North, Pickering Town line/Meaowvale/Port Union to the East and the Lake Shore to the south. For all other parts of the GTA, delivery is $10.00. We will have frequent discounts and promotions. You will always know your full total long before delivery so you can get the cash payment together.
